Accredited tour operators may be utilized on some tours.

Child Policy:

Children are generally permitted on tours but may not always be recommended due to tour nature and duration. Child rates are available on most tours; however, restrictions apply regarding luggage, pushers, and prams. Passengers must consult with reservations staff before bringing children on a tour to avoid boarding refusal without refund.

· Multi-day Tours: A maximum of 20kg per person is allowed unless otherwise specified.

Pick-up and Drop-off Services:

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services may be provided for select tours. Passengers must be present at designated pick-up locations at least 5 minutes before departure. Travel Genie is not responsible for passengers who fail to board due to late arrival.

Confirmation Details and Communication:

Passengers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of tour details on their confirmation and providing up-to-date contact information. It may be necessary for Travel Genie to communicate with passengers before the departure date. Opt-out options are available for marketing communications.

Meals:

Tours do not include meals or drinks unless specified; however, stops will be made during the day for refreshments.

Travel Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any Travel Genie tour products. They are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance after redemption will remain on the voucher until expiry.
